"During this holiday of the year, Mr. Scrooge... strongly felt wanting, and abundance rejoiced," as Charles Dickens' 1843 novelette "A Christmas Carol" ( A Christmas Carol).

During this holiday, there are many ways to help people in need in Las Cruces and throughout Dona Ana County and border areas. Thank you very much for financial donations of any amount, so our donations to other items and voluntary services are also the same.

As the holidays continue, the announcement will provide more organizational information. If you missed our coverage of the Salvation Army, Dona Ana County Children’s Toys, Las Cruces Children’s Jacket, and La Casa, Inc. Domestic Violence Program, please let us know and we can send you these.

Below is information about five plans to help others during the holidays and throughout the year.
